We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or change in personal circumstances.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide a photo and description of the issue
- Item must be returned in original condition (unless faulty)

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Used or worn jewellery
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
